We require payment upon delivery. If you pay with a Credit Card, your card is Authorized at the time you place your order. We Charge the card when the order is ready to ship and not before. If you select Check when you place your order, we will assemble the order and wait until your check as arrived and then cleared payment into our account. Once your check has cleared, the order will be shipped. If you select Money Order when you place your order, we will assemble the order and wait for your Money Order to arrive. Your order will be shipped upon its arrival. If there are any delays in the delivery of your order beyond the reciept of your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
All of our product is sold NEW and has not been used in any way before it is shipped to you. Our Clearance section will sometimes contain bent or worn items but they will be in the best condition possible as we received them from the supplier in this condition due to wear and tear of storage in their facility. All Clearance product is priced and sold AS IS and is not returnable.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all other product that you order from Northwest Needlework. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive in your order contact us at your earliest oportunity. You may return any NON-Clearance item within 30 days for a full refund. All refunds are issued by Company Check within 10 days of your return.
