We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. In cases where the processing of an order has been delayed due to suppliers taking more than 7 days to deliver your ordered items that we may have been out of stock at the time of your order, your order will be shipped Priority Mail regardless of whether you were charged for shipping or not. All other orders will be shipped First Class Mail. For Canadian customers all orders will be shipped Canadian Air Mail. Alaska and Hawaii customers will recieve their orders via Priority Mail when ready to ship. All International customers will recieve their orders via Global Priority or the equivalent.
We can usually ship orders within 7 days of you placing an order. If you order hand-dyed fabrics, please add 2 weeks to the processing time. Due to the wide variety of fabrics and thread counts available, we usually have to order the fabric as you place the order and both of our suppliers take at least 2 weeks to deliver their product to us. We never charge a Credit Card until the order is ready to ship.
All of our product is sold NEW and has not been used in any way before it is shipped to you. Our Clearance section will sometimes contain bent or worn items but they will be in the best condition possible as we received them from the supplier in this condition due to wear and tear of storage in their facility. All Clearance product is priced and sold AS IS and is not returnable.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all other product that you order from Northwest Needlework. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive in your order contact us at your earliest oportunity. You may return any NON-Clearance item within 30 days for a full refund. All refunds are issued by Company Check within 10 days of your return.
